Rehmat Internationals provides immigration consultancy services to assist individuals, families, and professionals with visa applications, documentation preparation, eligibility assessments, and related immigration processes. We are a consultancy firm and not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and our services should not be construed as legal counsel. For legal matters, we recommend consulting with a qualified immigration attorney.
Our role is to provide guidance, support, and assistance based on current immigration policies and our professional experience. The final decision on any visa or immigration application rests solely with the respective government authorities of the destination country. We cannot guarantee application outcomes, as these are determined by immigration officers based on individual circumstances and compliance with relevant laws.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following responsibilities and terms:
Service Fees and Payment Terms: Our consultancy fees are separate from government application fees. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, as they cover professional time and expertise already expended. We accept payments through bank transfer, online payment methods, or other agreed-upon methods. All government fees, medical examination costs, police clearance certificate fees, translation charges, and other third-party expenses are the client's responsibility and are not included in our consultancy fees.
Limitation of Liability: Rehmat Internationals shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: changes in immigration laws or policies, government processing delays, errors in information provided by clients, acts or omissions of third parties (including government agencies), or force majeure events. Our maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the consultancy fees paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property: All materials, documents, templates, assessment tools, and methodologies developed by Rehmat Internationals remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their personal immigration applications. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our materials without explicit written permission is prohibited.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may be required to disclose information if compelled by law, court order, or government request. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with written notice. If termination occurs after services have commenced but before completion, fees for work performed up to that point will be payable. We reserve the right to terminate services if a client provides false information, fails to meet payment obligations, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to cooperate with the process despite reasonable requests.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or, as a last resort, to the courts of Mohali, Punjab. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rehmat Internationals regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
